Rotary Permanent Package 

A rotary program moves the advertisement from one pre-selected billboard location to another, usually every three months. In some cases, it’s moved every month. This allows your message to be seen by an entirely different traffic pattern and to have a much larger reach in the market.

Program consists of Illuminated 14’ x 48’ Monopole Structures creating the most visually appealing advertisement possible.

Program Rate per Month:                                                                           $ 2,495.00

Rotary Non-Permanent Package 

A non permanent rotary program moves the advertisement from one pre-selected billboard location to another at the discretion of Vision Outdoor, dependent upon other advertisement contractual obligations.  In this case your bulletin may not be moved, at all. In some cases, it’s moved every month. This allows your message to be seen by an entirely different traffic pattern and to have a much larger reach in the market.  This also enables Vision to discount our Permanent Bulletin rate, since this also helps us to maximize our locations.

Program consists of Non-Illuminated 14’ x 48’ Monopole Structures creating the most visually appealing advertisement possible.  Illumination is available as a Standard (180) hours, Dusk to Midnight package or an Extended (360) hour Dusk to Dawn package, effectively doubling your advertisement time to be seen.

Program Rate per Month – Standard Illumination Package:               $ 1,195.00

Program Rate per Month – Extended Illumination Package:              $ 1,395.00

Permanent Bulletin Package 

A permanent bulletin program that is a stationary billboard location. This allows your message to be seen by a specific traffic pattern and reaches a specified market.  Advertisers may also use both a Standard Apron Embellishment and/or a Custom or Extended Embellishment Package.

Program consists of Non-Illuminated 14’ x 48’ Monopole Structures creating the most visually appealing advertisement possible.  Illumination is available as a Standard (180) hours, Dusk to Midnight package or an Extended (360) hour Dusk to Dawn package, effectively doubling your advertisement time to be seen.
